WHY SOLO

Why one developer

The person you email is the person who builds. Agencies bill you for their org chart; here you pay for the work itself, which is how I undercut agency quotes without cutting quality.

01THE ADVANTAGE

Agency scope.
One developer’s overhead.

Here’s how one person ships what used to take a team: a modern stack, a serious AI-assisted workflow, and nobody standing between you and the person writing the code.

BUILD

Weeks, not months

Pair-programming, automated review, and generated tests shorten the build without cutting corners. Work an agency puts three people on, I ship alone, and the savings go into your quote.

RANK

Google indexes you. ChatGPT recommends you.

Shoppers now ask ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini what to buy. I add the schema.org data, clean markup, llms.txt, and plain answers those assistants look for, so they can find your products and recommend them.

SHIP

A person ships it

I review, test, and deploy every line myself. You email the same senior developer who does the work, and nothing gets handed to a junior.

02WHY SOLO

Small studio.
Full stack.

Where I work

NeonFuji Labs is a one-developer studio based in Japan. I’m a native-English developer, and Japanese copy and Japanese-language inquiries go to a native speaker, so nothing ships in a language nobody on the project speaks natively.

Prices are set for three markets, not converted: US dollars, Australian dollars for clients in Australia (no GST), and yen for clients in Japan (tax included). For stores selling between Japan and the West, see bilingual Shopify in Japan.
