Pricing (販売価格)

Monthly care plans are listed on our website with their starting prices. All other services, including add-ons, are quoted individually: pricing is agreed before any work begins and stated in the service agreement or invoice provided to clients.

Note: Prices in US dollars (USD) exclude applicable taxes. Prices in Australian dollars (AUD) are for Australian clients, and no GST applies to them. Prices in Japanese yen (JPY) are for clients in Japan and include consumption tax. The currency and tax treatment for each project are stated in the written quote.

Payment Methods (支払方法)

We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:

• Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) - processed via Stripe
• Debit Cards - processed via Stripe
• PayPal
• Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer
• Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) - processed via Stripe

Credit card payments are securely processed through Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

Payment Terms (支払時期)

Payment terms and schedules will be clearly outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided to clients. Typical payment structures include:

• Deposit payment upon project commencement
• Milestone payments during project development
• Final payment upon project completion
• Monthly care plans: billed weekly

Specific payment schedules will be agreed upon before work begins.

Delivery Time (役務の提供時期)

Service delivery timelines are determined on a project-by-project basis and will be clearly specified in the service agreement. Typical project timelines range from 2-10 weeks depending on scope and complexity.

For digital products and services, delivery is typically completed electronically via web hosting, file transfer, or digital deployment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy (キャンセル・返金について)

Due to the custom nature of our digital services, project refunds are assessed case by case. The following terms apply:

• Before Work Begins: Deposits paid are refunded, minus payment processing fees
• During Project Development: Partial refunds may be available based on work completed
• After Project Completion: Refunds are generally not available for completed work
• Cooling-Off Period: If your service agreement includes a cooling-off period, you may cancel within that period
• Monthly Care Plans: Cancel anytime with 2 weeks' notice by email to hello@neonfuji.com

Additional Fees (サービス料金以外の必要料金)

Beyond the service fees, clients may be responsible for:

• Third-party service costs (hosting, domains, licenses, APIs)
• Transaction fees (payment processing fees charged by Stripe or PayPal)
• Applicable taxes not already included in the quoted price, as required by law (yen prices include Japanese consumption tax; no GST applies to AUD prices)

All additional fees will be disclosed and agreed upon before project commencement.

Special Terms & Conditions (その他の取引条件)

Specific project terms, conditions, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual service agreements or contracts provided before work begins. By accepting a quote and proceeding with payment, clients agree to the terms specified in their service agreement.

Dispute Resolution (苦情・ご相談窓口)

In the event of a billing dispute, service concern, or complaint, please contact us directly at hello@neonfuji.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.

If you paid by card through Stripe and want to dispute a charge, you can also raise it with your card issuer or bank. For PayPal payments, you can use PayPal's Resolution Center.
